Job Description:
• Ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate; Maintain employee payroll records and timesheet data for future references.
• Review payroll reports and timesheets for correctness before payroll transactions.
• Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, vacations payouts, and benefits for employees.
• Provide exceptional customer service with regard to day-to-day payroll related issues and inquiries.
• Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
• Assist with various special ad hoc projects if required.
• Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.
• Develop and use data analytics and business metrics to track, analyze and budget payroll costs
• Other assigned works as needed.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or above required; Major in HR Management or English is a plus
• Frequent in both oral and written English; TOEIC 650-850 or above required;
• 2 years+ Working experience in Payroll field is preferred
• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
• Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills and Teamwork
• Strong sense of logic, and be good at data estimation and analysis
• Proficient in MS Office, particular in Excel, Outlook
• Chinese listening/speaking skills preferred
