Associate PCMS/ Reliability System Specialist - Ethanol Plant
**Description:** Performs/coordinates PCMS data entry, record maintenance, inspection drawing maintenance and document analysis in support of the inspection/mechanical integrity program. * Oversees data entry by authorized users in the Plant Condition Monitoring System (PCMS) to set up new equipment and piping with corrosion monitoring locations (CMLs) and create events with attachments to document On-Stream inspections and thickness measurements. * Inputs data into PCMS and runs PCMS-based KPI reports as required. * Coordinates the transmittal of documents in and out of the PCMS, and assists end-users with locating requested documents, drawings, etc. within the PCMS. * Audits data in PCMS frequently for accuracy of critical fields. * Once specific tasks are identified, prioritizes and schedules work in order to meet established deadlines and ensure updates are made. * Communicates clearly with Change Management team members, both verbally and within the Inspection Data Base, to maintain efficient workflow. * Contacts employees, contractors, etc. as required to obtain necessary information for input into PCMS. * Audits CAD and data entry output to assure quality and accuracy. * Works with PCMS vendor/creator to implement and understand updates to the system. * Ensures data in PCMS data fields and electronic CAD folders are up-to-date and accurate. * Ensures modifications and changes made to existing records maintained within the Inspection Database are documented in a complete and traceable manner. * Participates in the Valero PCMS users group call/meetings. This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or GED required. * Bachelor's degree (or higher level degree) preferred. * CAD drafting experience preferred. * Able and willing to work on-site and in-person, required.
