Primary Responsibilities:
Support employees using our company's Problem Management System, Service Now Support People Team and other business leaders in their use of our Problem Management System to support our employees and managers Work with other members of our People Team and People Technology Departments to support our Problem Management System Be a point of escalation to IT for Problem Management related issues. Complete reporting and analytic requests based on data within the Problem Management system Help to support the Problem Management change management and maintenance duties Handle requests to integrate new and innovative technologies within our Problem Management system Support employees using other systems within the Employee Center and Centers of Excellence Identify and solve for non-standard requests and problems Lead and participate in the planning and execution of projects within the Employee Center. (Small to large scale projects) Be a team liaison, providing feedback and guidance to others Be an innovative thinker and make recommendations to improve processes Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
