As an Associate People Program Manager (PMO), you will partner with the People Team, IT, and business leaders to lead global HR projects across the employee lifecycle. You will be the connection point between the People Team and our partners to grow and transform our HR offerings, with a focus on experience and scalability. In parallel, you will lead best practices within the project management space across the People Team. You will report to the Sr. Manager, People PMO.
The impact you will have:
Manage strategic HR projects from conception to completion through requirements gathering, project planning, risk management, and guiding multiple teams to ensure deliverables are met Report on project metrics and KPIs to track project success against functional priorities Recognize an ambiguous situation and guide teams effectively through it with limited direction Create a shared understanding across multiple groups to drive decisions and commitments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process builds or improvements, automation, technical implementations, and/or change management Provide programmatic support for PMO ambassadors and key stakeholders with training and enablement, reporting, and Asana maintenanceWhat we look for:
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with demonstrated success in process optimization, automation, and/or strategic change management Experience leading projects using hybrid or agile approaches and project management tools like Asana Comfort communicating complex ideas and decisions to Director+ stakeholders Ability to partner with functional experts to structure and break down problems for teams Ability to conduct deep requirements gathering and solve the root cause Ability to design and improve complex business processes or technology changes through detailed analysis, process mapping, and executionAbout Databricks
