Boeing India Engineering is currently looking for Associate Performance and Scalability Test Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, India.

ITDA – Enterprise IT Transition Services is currently looking for Performance & Scalabilty Test Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, India. A successful candidate will have the Process & Product centric mindset, driving the collaboration and change agent culture as these positions will focus on working directly internal stakeholders & vendor, to meeting their organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

Developing benchmarks and workloads to test Boeing productsWork closely with the development teams to analyze the performance issues, debug and resolve any issues and will have to assist and advice development team on ensuring effective system performance.Expert level understanding of the key performance metrics associated with throughput, latency, memory, CPU, disk & network and the ability to debug bottlenecks associated with any of themDevelopment of performance and scalability assessment strategies for large distributed systems.Designing and creating performance engineering scripts with complex logic based on business flowsStrong expertise in REST API callsPerformance- profiling, tuning and identification of performance bottlenecksKnowledge of performance troubleshooting (heap dump and thread dump analysis)Previous experience working with Appdynamics & SplunkKnowledge on any programming languageUnderstand business use cases, performance Benchmarks, debugging performance issues, decision making on issues, technical assistance in performance analysis and tuning DB/OS etc.Hands on experience on Jenkins, Dockers, AWS, Azure

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

2-3 years minimum performance testing experiences with Micro Focus LRE (formerly Performance Center), Micro Focus LoadRunner/VuGen or other performance testing tools.Knowledge of performance test design, test execution, test result analysis, and generating final reportExperience developing test script using HTTP/HTML, TruClient, and Citrix protocolsExperience working with one or more databases, e.g. MS. SQL Server, OracleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to generate reports from test results with some assistance as neededAbility to work well with other team members & customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher

Typical Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or 3 year Diploma with typically 5 to 8 Years related work experience and/or a Master's degree or 3 year Diploma with typically 4 to 7 Year's related work experience or relevant military experience
