*This position is onsite at our facility on Durham Road in South West Portland.

Performs all typical duties of a retail or call center pharmacy staff technician as defined by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and local pharmacy drug outlet procedures. Fills physician orders for patient medications under a Registered Pharmacist's supervision. Communicate with and service the needs of the Retail, Mail Order, Specialty Pharmacy clientele.

Required Qualifications: 

Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire. Or,  Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician upon hire. Or,  In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

1 year - Customer Service.  National Certification/CPhT upon hire.
