Associate Philanthropy Officer - Fund Development

The Associate Development Officer under the direction of the Dir, Major Gifts or Sr. Philanthropy Director will work to assist in managing portfolios of major gift prospects, working to maximize their philanthropic commitments to the Foundation through effective cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree 2-5 years of development/fundraising and/or call scheduling/telemarketing experience.   The candidate must possess outstanding analytical and evaluative skills, and exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills. 

Preferred qualifications:

Minimum Exp: 3-6 years of development/fundraising and/or call scheduling/telemarketing experience. Experience in fundraising at a hospital, academic or nonprofit research organization and fundraising software.
