Associate Planning Manager
Position Summary The key role is belonged to Supply Chain to secure on time delivery and manage inventory. Analysis distributor demand and make forecast to Denmark global supply chain team Make supply planning and make sure product can on time deliver to distributor Key Responsibilities 1, Supply Planning & Inventory Management à Base on demand forecast and safety stock, implement purchase order and track coming shipment à Optimize inventory level to secure OTD and achieve monthly Inventory target à Work with cross function team to coordinate issues occurred to make sure product arrival on time à Keep reduction on unhealthy stock such as E&O, slow moving, short shelf life, rework stock 2, Demand planning & Forecast management à Review distributor demand and provide forecast to global supply chain team à Analysis customer demand and adjustment in time to make on time delivery à Understand customer demand to update supply plan and inventory management in time 3, Delivery and Execution à Base on customer demand and inventory requirement, to pull in or pull out delivery from global supply chain à Follow up closely of delivery plan and make sure global supply chain team deliver to us on time à Follow up whole process from supplier delivery to deliver to customer, some action needed like push delivery from Denmark, push custom clearance, etc. 4, Reporting à Daily Planning report à Weekly and Monthly KPI report à Other needed report Skills And Abilities à Planning process knowledge including demand planning/supply planning. à Complete supply chain process from product procurement to deliver to end customer. à Able to use Excel/PBI to analyze past trends/history for future planning. à Good communication skill, teamwork spirit, positive attitude, and constant passion à Strong sense of responsibility and urgency. à Good command of written & oral English à Positive working attitude to customer-oriented serving mind-set à Ability to adopt changing situation and see new possibilities for improvement while thinking ahead.
