Associate Post Processing Tech 2nd Shift

Position Summary:

As an Associate Post Processing Tech, you will operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for finishing/assembly operations to ensure quality products are produced. Work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Check and inspect operation results against predetermined tolerances. Assist in driving best practices and creates open communication across all teams to foster a collaborative, high functioning culture.

Essential Functions:

Understands setup and final assembly instructionsProcesses product through various processes to ensure the highest quality parts goes out the doorFollows the router protocol to ensure the product moves through channels efficientlyFollows standard applications in order to achieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics including repair and rework of partsWorks from drawings and work instructions to plan the finishing/assembly or re-work to be performedDrives quality compliance by documenting results, and by using workmanship standards and 5S principlesAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policiesEnsures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

Communication skills (written and verbal)Detail oriented, with ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyBasic understanding of MS Office softwarePerform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485Typically requires less than 1 year of related experienceRequires High School diploma or equivalent
