Position Summary:

The Associate Post Processing Technician operates various automatic or semi-automatic machines essential to the company's product production. Their responsibilities include conducting finishing and assembly operations to ensure the production of high-quality products. They follow process sheets or instructions provided by supervisors, checking and inspecting operational outcomes against predetermined standards. Additionally, they contribute to driving best practices and promoting open communication across teams to cultivate a collaborative and efficient culture.

Essential Functions:

Understands setup and final assembly instructions.Processes product through various processes to ensure the highest quality parts goes out the doorFollows the router protocol to ensure the product moves through channels efficientlyFollows standard applications in order to achieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics including repair and rework of partsWorks from drawings and work instructions to plan the finishing/assembly or re-work to be performedDrives quality compliance by documenting results, and by using workmanship standards and 5S principlesAssists with expediting and facilitating products to help ensure on-time deliveryAbility to lead team meetings and provide directionAssists with ensuring that team members follow defined procedures and comply with quality requirementsAbility to identify and troubleshoot issues and offer viable solutions.Performs and adheres to the internal audit schedule and maintains documentationProvides team awareness of day-to-day production throughput against stated capacity targetsTakes an active interest in continuous self-improvement, training, and developmentWorks positively with all support functions to fully define the processes and procedures relevant to team activitiesProvide support, and input for continuous improvement within the teamProvide support and encouragement for promotional opportunities within the teamCommunicate with other departments and ensure an effective interface is maintainedSupport, promote, and adhere to Health & Safety regulations, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and proceduresAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policiesEnsures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties
