Bethesda Softworks is seeking an accomplished and proactive Associate PR Manager to join the Global PR Team, based in the US. The Associate PR Manager should be a creative and strategic thinker with the drive and ability to own global public relations campaigns, as well drive programs that support the larger team. The ideal candidate has experience working with media, developing strategic and creative campaigns for video games, and possesses an understanding of the video game industry and trends. Additionally, they are highly-organized and drive progress and clarity on every project they manage.
The Associate PR Manager will partner with rest of the PR team to implement global strategies for PR campaigns as well as drive project management efforts across the team and with Xbox stakeholders. They will work regularly across the PR, Community, Brand and Marketing teams, as well as the development team.
This role will require travel for press tours, business meetings, and game conventions.

Responsibilities Partner with rest of the PR team to create and execute strategic, breakout PR campaigns that publicize Bethesda studios, franchises, and titlesWrite and edit press releases, interviews, fact sheets, and other PR materialsWork across Bethesda and Xbox stakeholders to drive strong collaboration across teams through effective project management programs.Coordinate global communications efforts with international teamsCollaborate with PR managers and Content Creator Managers to support strong media and influencer outreach for game launches and continued engagementHelp plan and participate in trade shows, sales & marketing presentations, and press toursWork with internal community, content and brand teams to develop successful and integrated player-facing communication Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field3-5 years’ experience working in public relations and/or marketing for a video game developer or publisher Preferred Skills Very strong writing skills and the ability to articulate and effectively communicate concepts, messages and strategies to executives, team members, and developersCollaborative mindset – a strong team player, able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and work together to find and implement effective strategiesEffective organization and planning skills, ability to prioritize multiple projectsEffective analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making and problem-solving skillsMust be proactive and highly motivatedPassion for gaming and Bethesda’s products a plus Salary RangeAssociate PR Manager - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 - $110,250 per year.

Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
