Responsibilities:
The Associate Manager /Manager, Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access is key driver to ensure Lilly's products success in market access for both OOP and reimbursement. He or she not only build strategy but also execute plan by demonstrating Lilly products' value to achieve the goals for target prices, scopes and timeline. He or she will work with cross-functional team to ensure value messages delivered.
Develop pricing strategies and business cases by various scenario simulations to support business goals for both OOP and reimbursement.Analyse market landscape to ensure Lilly's product launch with best pricing and access strategies.Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers including clinical profiles, budget impact analysis, HTA/PE etc. to achieve goals of target prices, scopes and timeline.Build and adopt model simulation for possibility assessment to maximize business by contracting schemes.Work with regional and medical to handle RWE and PE studies to support value messages in dossiers.Work with cross functional team to develop access strategies and design private market access and pricing proposal to achieve business goals with both affordability and competitiveness considerations.Implement activities to gain stakeholders and payer's insights for pricing and reimbursement strategic execution.Develop stakeholder mapping and engagement to ensure product value messages delivered.Manage and analyze price adjustment rules and assess pricing strategies to protect prices and access during product life cycles.Lead in industry activities and work with academics to drive a conducive environment for market access.Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree with pharmacist/HTA background preferred.
• At least 5 years experiences in pharmaceutical industry or HTA expertise
• In-depth knowledge and experiences in full-cycle reimbursement process including strategy development, submission preparation, financial modeling, pricing agreement and negotiation.
• Proficient in English communication (oral and written)
