We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Principal, IT Business Relationships- OTC to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) functions in the US. This includes responsibility for compliance, talent management, performance, stability and cost efficiency of all IT processes and services provided for the Commercial operation organizations from the IT function.This position will work closely with the Business and act as the trusted IT Business Partner. They will understand the OTC end to end Business Process and the supporting IT enabling solutions. They will foster relationships with both US and global senior Business and IT management to evaluate, propose and implement improvements to the business processes. The role is responsible for ensuring Hikma has effective and efficient IT solutions that enable the end-to-end OTC Business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality. Act as internal consultant and design architect for Commercial Operations solutions. Supports the SAP ECC, SAP CRM, eCommerce and Analytics functional areas, working closely with IT leadership to manage project intake and delivery, as well as application run support. Work closely with Commercial Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to understand, gather, and document business requirements. Recommends solutions and develops business case alternatives. Pro-actively facilitates complex design and technical discussions and drives decision making process. Organizes workshops and proof-of-concepts solutions to illustrate solution designs to business process owners and subject matter experts. Works closely with system developers on design, testing, and troubleshooting to support system enhancements and implementation. Collaborates with management, IT staff and business unit leaders to deliver Commercial Operations analytics in the CRM, eCommerce and Execution Management solutions. Advocates Commercial Operation solution set among business user groups, including knowledge sharing sessions and hand-on training. Manages external consultants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline or relevant work experience 5+ Years of overall experience in Customer Experience and Commercial Operations applications. Subject matter knowledge in Customer Experience functional area: Marketing Automation, Sales Force Automation, Customer Support, and eCommerce. Experienced in reporting architecture, as well as data analytics and visualization with a focus on integration with BI platforms Must be a strategic thinker and motivator and understands what delivers true value to the business function. Leadership skills, strong customer focus, vendor management and negotiation skills Must have a solid understanding of both business and IT Creative, curious and a strong networker Additional skills: Business / technical knowledge Ability to challenge current business processes to introduce innovations. Highly preferred to have Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical experience. Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. GMP). Execution Management Development experience
