Saviynt is looking for a Senior Engineer to help support and maintain its EIC solution based on customer requirements. As a Lead engineer, the primary responsibility will be to review, guide and assist Customers and Partners on Implementing best practice recommendations of their Saviynt Implementation in order to provide Product stability, supportability and scalability and at the same time meeting Customer business requirements. You would also be required to assist support engineers in triaging and resolution of  issues through research and investigation and help in the enablement of support engineers.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGImplementation design reviews and recommendations Conduct implementation design reviews and provide recommendations to ensure adherence to industry best practices and Saviynt-recommended configurations Perform health checks using specialized tools on customer pre-production environments to verify that configurations align with design documents Assist in implementing recommended best practices and configuration optimizations to enhance system performance and security. Consolidate findings, recommendations, and best practices into comprehensive reference materials for seamless transition to support teamsConduct periodic health assessments of production environments, including but not limited to: Recommending and facilitating the adoption of new features. Identifying and resolving recurring issues through in-depth analysis of customer-reported cases. Meet with customer and implementing partners to go over recommendations and benefits of its adaptation Identifying additional configurations to be integrated into health assessment tools for improved system monitoring and maintenance.WHAT YOU BRINGPossess over four years of experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, with expertise in designing, developing, customizing, configuring, and deploying IAM solutions.Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experiencePrior Saviynt implementation experience is preferredPossess extensive knowledge and experience working with Database such as MySql, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database etc.Possess extensive knowledge and experience working with commonly used directory services, including Microsoft Active Directory (MS-AD), Tivoli LDAP, Oracle LDAP, Apache Directory Server, and similar technologies. Demonstrates a deep understanding of data structures and their interrelationshipsPossess comprehensive knowledge and experience in industry-standard protocols, including REST, SOAP, LDAP, and SAML, for secure communication, authentication, and data exchange.Strong proficiency in Java with the ability to analyze and traverse code to understand coding logic, design patterns, and system architectureProficiency in Unix Shell and Perl scripting for automation and system management.Hands-on experience in integrating with Single Sign-On (SSO) providers to enhance authentication and access managementKnowledge and experience in modules such as Identity Administration, JML use-cases and automations, Analytics(using MySQL queries), Segregation of Duties(SOD), Role-based Access Controls(RBAC), Certifications/Access-revalidation, ConnectorsExperience with ticketing systems; Service Desk, Remedy, FreshDesk, JIRA, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feet.Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentAbility to excel in a team-oriented, project-based work environmentAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitudeIf required for this role, you will:- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy > Incident Response Policy/Procedures > Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures > Mobile Device Policy > Account Management Policy > Access Control Policy > Personnel Security Policy > Privacy Policy
