Boeing Defense, Space, and Security is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our Proprietary Supply Chain team in Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO to work with key suppliers in support of complex development and procurement efforts. The successful candidate will incorporate sourcing strategies, ensure compliant procurement practices and support process improvement initiatives. Position Responsibilities:

Integrates program, customer, product and program strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategiesNegotiates pricing and contract terms and conditionsPrepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreementsConducts risk, issues and opportunities managementManages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performanceInitiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategiesTravel expected to be less than 10%

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 1 year of experience in Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain ManagementMore than 1 year of experience in Microsoft OfficeExperience in Customer Service

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferredExperience in contracts and proposalsExperience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiationsExperience negotiating price and schedule with suppliers and customersExperience using SAP software
