KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing
Design and Execute buying strategies aligned with business needs.
Supplier Relationship Management responsibility and accountability
Lead and Support regional negotiations
Drive perfect contract compliance
Constantly identifying and developing new suppliers to drive competitiveness and align with dynamic business priorities
Master applicable market conditions, lead price forecasting cycles, and communicate impacts clearly for the business to understand
Support the Cash Flow and Working Capital plans for the portfolio
Follow responsible sourcing and quality compliance protocol
Innovation:
Represent portfolio procurement in cross functional project teams for Innovations
Lead Procurement input for decision making at leadership team level (innovation gatekeeping meetings for example) e.g. pricing of materials, risk statements, lead times, savings potentials and financial impact
Identify (new) raw and pack materials introduced by Innovation projects together with business partners and ensure timely introduction, at a competitive price, ensuring supplier selection is in line with our Procurement Strategies and with sufficient capacity for growth
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Master/Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Sciences, Sustainability, or Business Management
Minimum 3 years working experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, sales, or general business
Experience in analytics, business partnership, and decision-making roles within procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, or Manufacturing environements
Experience of working in SAP, MS Office, Spend management analytics dashboards
