Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Job Description

Role Summary:

The KARAMO show is seeking an ASSOCIATE PRODUCER to assist with all aspects of the show's booking of guests and production of segments.  This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of approximately 6 months unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Responsibilities:

Pitch and book compelling guests/two stories to appear on the show on a weekly basisTravel and meet guests upon arrival to StamfordCommunicate with Producer about guests and production needsHandle all guest paperwork with Production, Legal & Accounting teamsAssist Show Producer and delegate to Production Assistants as neededShow day procedures: assist with guest arrival, wardrobe, and additional production/show day needs Liaise with Production to make sure all expenditures are accounted for and pre-approved

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year professional TV experience with a talk show or news program or other relevant entertainment experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams and navigating the internet
