The Associate Product Manager, Global Service is responsible for providing tactical and strategic support for product definition, market understanding, and promotional activities for new and existing products.  This position is also responsible for providing strong contributions to the development of a well-defined product roadmap designed to support the company’s growth and profitability objectives through both product rationalization and new product design and introduction. The individual holding this position is responsible to coordinate with Global Service Product Managers concerning commercial and operational strategies, workload balancing, and business processes.

This position is part of the Product Management and will be onsite at our Loveland office.
 
In this role, a typical day will look like:

Drive impactful product launches by working closely with R&D, marketing, sales channels, and executives.

Collaborate with Service NPI managers during various Toll Gates during NPD, to understand service requirements and translate them into commercial service strategy.

Set up internal systems and training so that sales clearly understands the value of services and is able to communicate that to the customer.

Use primary and secondary market research to assess market and customer dynamics. Perform regular competitive analysis to rate service capabilities, pricing, promotion, and distribution.

Create, execute, and analyze Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives with a focus on future service requirements, including enhancements and breakthrough innovations.
 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

Bachelor's degree in technical or business field

2+ years of marketing or product management support experience

Basic understanding of product financial analysis, including product pricing, product costing, gross margin, inventory value, and inventory turns

Basic understanding of financial valuation techniques (NPV, ROI, payback) and classical marketing principles (4Ps, marketing mix, demand creation, product WOWs).

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $68,000 - $74,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
