We are seeking an Associate Workday Product Manager with solid product management, excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail to join our team. You will work with a team of technologists, business analysts, project managers, business stakeholders and others to create and deliver on short and long term priorities and product enhancements that will positively impact and enhance our full implementation Workday environment and the related/integrated technology stacks.

Within an Enterprise Platforms space the successful candidate will serve as a technology and business expert in the Workday space aligned to a cross functional group of technology teams and stakeholders with a specific focus on a global Workday platform and will partner with them to achieve strategic objectives and/or business priorities.   As a member of the technology team, the Workday Product Manager understands the customers' strategy, business needs and can anticipate ways in which technology or processes can offer improvements or transformation opportunities and will engage in research, vendor conversations, etc. to stay up-to-date on the evolution of the platform and inform our business as well as maintain a robust short and long term roadmap.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage Workday product innovation by communicating tactical wants of business users and strategic goals of the firm 

Make recommendations and participate with technology leads and key business stakeholders in decisions related to product enhancements and development

Identify opportunities for improvement to user experience through automation, process improvement and optimization

Align with technology engineers and specialists on the configuration of required changes and engage with project managers to see through full end-to-end testing and delivery

Participate in competitive product and user research - including evaluation of 3rd party providers and tools that can enhance the Workday platform

Consolidate input from business stakeholders and work with engineering and design teams to drive outcomes and solution enablement

Support the implementation of solutions that support our global Workday users

Maintain a prioritized product roadmap.

Advocate and communicate the vision for specified improvements, training opportunities and self-service use and support

Develop, track and report product KPIs

Engage in vendor relationships, as needed

Support fostering a meaningful, engaging work environment 

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Entry level experience working within Product Management, having come from a technical background within the Workday or similar ERP space 

2+ years of experience in Workday or other similar ERP (HCM, Financials and/or payroll) 

Demonstrated, strategic thinking as it relates to seeing a big picture and identifying the optimal path to achieve objectives across complex tech stacks

Ability to focus on business stakeholder satisfaction, and the key themes that will support same

Solid understanding of business process operations, with an eye towards efficiency, low maintenance and scalability

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Capable at product research and producing business cases that support product enhancements or add-ins

Highly organized and self-motivated professional with a keen desire to learn and capable of working in a global technology environment 

The expected base salary range for this position is from $104,000-$115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
