THE TEAM Xactly Product Management is a lively, tight-knit team consisting of Product Managers and User Experience professionals. We are the innovative forward thinkers of the product, always collaborating and striving to discover the best solutions for our users. THE SKILL SET ● 3-4 years product management experience in the SaaS industry with an engineering background. ● Experience with Data products, reporting, and analytics is a must along with decent SQL knowledge ● Experience in Xactly products or incentive compensation management application is a plus ● Knowledge of web-based technology and software development ● Ability to communicate to both internal and external stakeholders ● Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail ● Ability to work with a team, as well as autonomously ● Demonstrable quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills ● A good listener, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL ● Shadow expert teammates and receive and Xactly Xpert who will show you the ropes ● Learn from managers and leaders on the team ● Lean internal systems and team processes ● Start to get your hands on projects, get to know your team and coordinate with customers ● Participate in agile scrum rituals including sprint planning and daily standups WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL ● Lead your own concurrent add-on and smaller projects to completion ● Collaborate with Engagement Managers, the Engineering team, Configuration Consultants, and Implementation Consultants to flawlessly execute client projects ● Work closely with the engineering team to refine product requirements and test plans WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL ● Learn key user needs and business requirements behind each initiative, and distill into units of work for the development team ● Triage bugs and feature requests, groom and prioritize the product backlog, and assist in sprint planning ● Support the Territory & Quota Product Lead to enable continuous product innovation WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL ● Work with product leadership to define product performance metrics, then develop methods to systematically track, measure and report ● Perform deep-dive analyses into critical product areas to identify opportunities for product improvement ● Engage with the market to conduct user research and validate product concepts, develop findings and recommendations, then present to stakeholders BENEFITS & PERKS ● Paid Time Off (PTO) ● Comprehensive Health and Accidental Insurance Coverage ● Tuition Reimbursement ● XactlyFit Gym/Fitness Program Reimbursement ● Free snacks onsite(if you work in office) ● Generous Employee Referral Program ● Free Parking and Subsidized Bus Pass (a go-green initiative!) ● Wellness program OUR VISION: Unleashing human potential to maximize company performance.
