Trane Technologies is currently seeking an Associate Product Manager for Light Packaged Rooftops.
As an Associate Product Manager for Light Unitary Rooftops in Trane’s Commercial HVAC business you will be a key member of the product management team for this critical and highly visible portfolio. You will support both Trane’s Precedent® and Foundation® product lines. This role puts you at the center of it all: product line analysis and reporting, in-line product management, product and market research, and new product development. You will have the opportunity to partner with operations, engineering, marketing, sales, and more.

Reporting to the Portfolio Leader – Light Unitary Rooftop Products, this on-site or hybrid position can be based in St Paul, MN, Clarksville, TN, or Lynn Haven, FL. Other locations may be considered depending on experience and qualifications.
What you will do:
Analytics and Reporting: develop and maintain standard analytics and reporting covering bookings, shipments, margin, and more Product Development: lead business case and requirements definition for new product development projects In-Line Product Management: own updating and maintaining pricing, marketing material, and product offering after launch Customer, competitor, and market researchWhat you will bring:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Data analysis experience – preference for experience with Oracle Business Insights and Tableau Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Must be able to travel 10% of the time Familiarity with the HVAC industry preferred Technical background, with experience in sales, marketing, or engineering preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principlesCompensation:
Base Salary: $53,500 - 111,000
