The studio is utilizing its extensive expertise in creating persistent online worlds that foster powerful social gaming communities to develop its hit mobile game, Game of Thrones: Conquest.

Associate Product Manager

WB Games Boston is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the game team.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to define business goals, translate them into actionable business requirements, and contribute to product development. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product testing and cross-functional development while honing skills in teamwork, communication, and organization.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to drive informed decision-making.

Develop a broad understanding of various development disciplines within the gaming industry.

Analyze data, automate reports, and collaborate with the analytics team to assess key game metrics.

Manage and optimize live operations, ensuring smooth execution, real-time issue troubleshooting, and continuous user experience improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and measure hypotheses, share competitive insights, and implement strategic decisions.

Independently manage smaller features or contribute to larger initiatives.

Enhance product testing skills to support quality assurance and development processes.

Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to deliver high-quality projects within set timelines.

Contribute to game design principles, including player experience, behavior, motivation, game progression, and pacing, or focus on economic design, financial levers, and performance KPIs.

Qualifications & Essentials...

Strong analytical skills with expertise in quantitative analysis, data modeling, and structured problem-solving.

Ability to derive insights from data and apply them to business and product decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Hard Sciences) or equivalent professional experience.

Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
