We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support our core Reputation Management platform. The ideal candidate will possess a drive and passion for enabling high quality customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Articulate business requirements for supported product verbally and in writing.
Create and manage product requirement documentation (BCDs, PRDs, etc).
Conduct market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
In coordination with leadership the ideal candidate will be able to provide actionable guidance to Engineering with clear prioritization of development efforts.
Work closely with designers and developers, providing thorough reviews and necessary guidance to iterate over solution designs.
Create and present developer-facing work products (e.g. taxonomies, navigation, page flows).
Evangelize the product vision with effective and powerful communication.
Create and present high-quality customer-facing deliverables (user stories, designs).
Conduct product demonstrations and create and maintain feature release documentation.
Integrate with support and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues and bugs.
Support Account Teams in responding to customer requests and presentations as necessary.
Additional duties as assigned.
Desired Experience:
Experience working with APIs (creating, testing, documenting).
Hands on experience with Product and Project Management software (ex: Product Board, Pendo, Jira, Asana).
Vendor Management.
Partnership creation and management experience.
Qualifications:
BS/BA in business or technical field.
2+ years in product management with a track record for launching successful v1.0 enterprise SaaS products, and managing them over multiple releases.
Highly articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
