Associate Product Manager Requistion ID: 6248 Location: North Ryde, New South Wales, AU Lundbeck Australia is currently seeking a 12-month parental leave contract for an Associate Product Manager for Lundbeck’s atypical anti-psychotic portfolio. The contract is from April 2025 to April 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will play a key part in developing the marketing strategy and tactics to maximise the commercial success of Schizophrenia brands in Australia. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, we are looking for an individual with a passion for the CNS therapy area, demonstrated marketing ability combined with the energy and drive to work with high performing sales teams. **Your new role** As an Associate Product Manager your role will be responsible for: + Developing a deep market understanding through qualitative and quantitative research methods. + Development of marketing strategies, objectives and multichannel advertising and promotion programs. + Monitor the promotional budget and adjust/redeploy funds to optimise ROI. + Evaluation and reporting of the effectiveness of promotional programs, using set KPIs, and making recommendations for improvement or changes as necessary. + Developing methods for field testing of programs, campaign and tactics to determine acceptance and viability. + Market analysis and input into in sales planning. + Liaising with sales managers and teams to evaluate promotion campaigns and keep informed on the needs of the sales force and external customers. + Ensuring all business activities comply with regulatory requirements (Medicines Australia Code of Conduct), legal demands and ethical standards. + Support the Senior Product Manager as needed in developing and maintaining ethical strategic business relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other key customers in individual product fields. + Championing internal communication and training activities for assigned products. + Support Senior Product Manager, as appropriate, with liaising with Global Strategic Marketing. **Your future team** You will be part of a highly dedicated and successful Commercial team, in which marketing plays a vital role. Lundbeck Australia's local head office is based in North Ryde in Sydney. **What you bring to the team** The ideal candidate will possess: + Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business and/or marketing + Highly regarded 1 to 5 year’s marketing/sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry + Previous launch experience is highly regarded. + Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns within the Australian market. + Highly developed organisational skills, results-orientation and tenacity + Strong clinical aptitude + Strong communication and teamwork skills; the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation, including the ability to successfully build a network with international colleagues + Critical thinking and analysis + Ability to meet periodic travel requirements of the role (both interstate and international, as necessary), and availability for occasional evening and weekend work. **Our promise to you** Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives.
