About the role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our eCommerce strategy at Coles. In this position, you will develop and maintain the national eCommerce demand model, using data-driven insights to guide future network development. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally within Coles to assess, design, and implement the network strategy, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements for various initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to help optimize and drive the growth of our eCommerce network.

 

About you and your skills

Experience as a Network, Business or Commercial analyst Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel e.g. XLOOKUPs, nested IFs, INDEX MATCH etc. Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change Power BI and geospatial analytics tools experience is desirable Experience working in retail industry or last mile / fulfillment functions is desirable Experience working within a product environment desirable

 

You'll also have

Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel e.g. XLOOKUPs, nested IFs, INDEX MATCH etc. Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Experience shaping and manipulating large sets of data to derive actionable insight Skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions Listen well, build consensus, drive hard to decisions and push the pace Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Tertiary Degree preferred What’s in it for you?
