Your Mission: 

As a Product Manager at ResMed ensure that we (in this order): 1) build the right thing; 2) build it right; and 3) build it fast. You'll work in our Mask portfolio, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to consumers, providers, and ResMed. You'll be the driving force behind innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. 

What You'll Do: 

Champion the User: Become a tireless advocate for our users, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into comfortable, effective mask solutions. 

Drive Product Evolution: Continuously analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and lead the development of new features and products that enhance the user experience. 

Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch execution. 

Deliver Results: Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring your products achieve both user satisfaction and business goals.
