Associate Product Performance Test Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting basic performance tests under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Support in setting up and configuring test environments.
• Collect and document test data for analysis.
• Execute predefined test cases and scripts.
• Participate in monitoring system performance during testing.
• Help identify preliminary performance bottlenecks.
• Record and submit test results to senior team members.
• Learn and utilize basic performance test tools.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand performance testing requirements.
• Maintain and follow up on test logs.

Skills:

Proficient in C# or any programming language and OOPs 
Good logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and attitude
Basic experience of Data Base – particularly SQL server
Good to have knowledge and experience of performance testing
Knowledge of Testing techniques and types
• Basic Scripting: Understanding and writing simple scripts for test automation.
• Test Data Management: Collecting and organizing test data efficiently.
• Configuration Skills: Assisting in setting up testing environments.
• Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to understand performance metrics.
• Software Tools: Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Communication: Basic communication skills to relay findings.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail during testing.

• Requires basic knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a technical discipline; has exposure to current technologies through coursework or internship

• Performs routine technical assignments and uses existing procedures to apply to technical concepts to solve standard problems
