**Overview**
This position will review all advertising materials to ensure product correctness of Toyota vehicles depicted. This includes Linear Video (broadcast), Non-Linear Video (social media), Toyota.com, CGI image and video production plus various social media advertising and partnerships. The Associate Specialist will also manage vehicles for shoots working with car prep to help determine estimates and logistics as well as on-location or studio shoot day attendance. The Associate Specialist will also assist creative, strategy and account team members understand vehicle technology, usage, competitors and future plans. In many cases, the Associate Specialist is required to attend events such as photo, video or TV shoots to ensure the vehicle is used and presented in the appropriate manner. The Associate Specialist will attend meetings at Toyota and abroad as needed. The Associate Specialist will also study and disseminate information regarding sales for Toyota and competitive vehicles.

+ Review all advertising depicting Toyota vehicles and ensure product correctness.
+ Manage vehicle requests for shoots.
+ Manage car prep for shoot and provide vehicle logistics for account team.
+ Provide support to Toyota clients.
+ Attend meetings and events at Toyota and abroad.
+ Attend photo and video shoots as needed.
+ Monitor sales reports and disseminate sales information to agency.
+ Responsible for keeping accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner.
+ Support and inspire the team at Saatchi to create exceptional work for our clients and our agency.
+ Actively embraces agency vision to be a “hot house for world changing creative ideas.”
+ All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Skills/Qualifications**
+ College degree preferred.
+ 2 years of automotive industry experience required.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, openly, honestly and with integrity.
+ Recognizes when to maintain a high level of confidentiality while working on proprietary aspects of the day-to-day business for the Client and Agency.
+ Demonstrates capability to develop focused, insightful strategies and to effectively and efficiently execute tactical plans.
+ Strong ability to use and interpret numerical data (financial or statistical) and arrive at sound conclusions.
+ Proficient with the following computer software systems: MS Office, Adobe, Mac OS.
+ Able to work extended hours, including weekends, as required.
+ Ability to use good judgment when making business decisions and performing tasks.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Attention-to-detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy.
+ Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
**Work Environment/Requirements**
+ While performing the duties of this position, the individual is regularly required to communicate verbally and listen attentively. The role frequently involves walking, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer for extended periods. The position follows a standard business workweek schedule in an office environment with controlled access for security purposes.
+ Some travel required.

Compensation Range: $<<50,000>> - $<<70,000>>. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
