Associate Program Manager, Sales Acceleration
What you’ll do The Associate Program Manager, Sales Acceleration will support the development of execution of the SMARTSTOCKUP program and the Dealer Communications capability, from conception to implementation in accordance with the overall strategy and vision. The Advisor will drive process design, build and delivery of multiple strategic business solutions. This is achieved through close collaboration with cross-functional leaders representing all areas of the organization. It is also achieved by the ability to quickly understand, analyze and synthesize diverse business information to facilitate the clear articulation of business vision, strategy recommendations and transformation requirements. Program Management + Lead the evolution and execution of the SMARTSTOCKUP program including the product recommendations, intake, and review process + Lead the engagement across multiple cross functional stakeholders + Accountable to simultaneously deliver on multiple streams of work under the Sales Acceleration program + Ensure overall solutions deliver on end state vision and benefits + Perform various analysis to make recommendations to the Sales Acceleration Program Manager Project Management + Provide project & program management support + Prepare and manage formal project documentation across multiple streams of work, such as project schedules and track deliverables against milestones + Develop detailed scorecard of ‘success measures’ including financial and operational targets and provide reporting and analysis on how the business is tracking to these targets + Contribute towards implementation goal(s) by driving completion of assigned milestones Communication & Change Management + Participate as a business contributor to the implementation and change management plan to support delivering on the Sales Acceleration Strategy + Create integrated change management approaches & tactical activities that help enable the adoption of large-scale process and technology changes + Prepare and deliver executive presentations and facilitate workshops with senior management and key stakeholders + Lead and coordinate communications to various stakeholders, including internal team members, dealers, senior management Leadership + Provide a high level of relationship management, resolving conflicts and enabling discussions amongst stakeholders, management, co-workers and team members with varied interests and priorities + Proactively take the initiative and the lead for identifying, escalating and resolving issues + Manage a team of direct and indirect reports, including consultants and key stakeholders What you bring + Minimum of 5 years practical experience managing small to medium sized, complex business projects from strategy to implementation + University degree or equivalent + Ability to work in team environment and influence multiple stakeholders across the organization + Experienced in Project Management methodologies and the ability to apply them in a flexible manner in various situations + Experience leading teams through all phases of a project + Strong customer focus with emphasis on building and sustaining relationships and teams + Experience in facilitating workshops and process design sessions with employees at all levels, including senior managers + Comfortable working in a fast-pace, cross-functional team and able to meet tight deadlines + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to consult & influence + Demonstrates courage and self-confidence in dealing with project issues and escalating issues when required + Experience applying change management practices to business process or technology changes + Experience with store-centric programs & projects is an asset + This job description reflects the general nature and level of duties and is not intended to be to be an exhaustive list of all tasks assigned to this role Hybrid We value flexibility.
