Associate Program Manager, Volunteer Engagement

As Associate Program Manager, Volunteer Engagement, you’ll support the implementation of the Volunteer Engagement and Giving team’s strategy by assisting other team members and leaders as needed with tasks, projects and programs. You’ll be responsible for coordinating internal and external logistics to ensure the success of a wide range of volunteer and giving programming.
**About the Role**
+ Manage and support relationships with nonprofit and internal partners
+ Coordinate and execute 20-30+ weekly volunteer events
+ Maintain and update the internal volunteer platform
+ Develop and implement an annual intern volunteer program
+ Communicate effectively with partners, internal clients, and volunteers
+ Provide on-site support and direction at volunteer events
+ Manage volunteer program supplies and logistics
+ Ensure team member engagement goals are met
+ Maintain a strong commitment to the Rocket Community Fund's mission and values
+ Provide excellent service to internal clients with a sense of urgency
**About You**
Minimum Qualifications
+ 1 year of program management experience
+ Experience with volunteer engagement in corporate philanthropy or a nonprofit setting
+ Ability to set and manage partner and client expectations
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
+ Ability to understand and respond to clients' needs in rapidly changing business environments
+ Experience with planning, organizing, and establishing priorities to achieve results
Preferred Qualifications
+ 2 years of experience in philanthropic program management
+ Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in Project/Program Management
+ Knowledge of YourCause, Salesforce, and/or Workday
