As Associate Program Manager, Volunteer Engagement, you’ll support the implementation of the Volunteer Engagement and Giving team’s strategy by assisting other team members and leaders as needed with tasks, projects and programs. You’ll be responsible for coordinating internal and external logistics to ensure the success of a wide range of volunteer and giving programming.

Minimum Qualifications
1 year of program management experienceExperience with volunteer engagement in corporate philanthropy or a nonprofit settingAbility to set and manage partner and client expectationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organizationAbility to understand and respond to clients' needs in rapidly changing business environmentsExperience with planning, organizing, and establishing priorities to achieve resultsPreferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in philanthropic program managementBachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in Project/Program ManagementKnowledge of YourCause, Salesforce, and/or WorkdayWhat You’ll Get
