Position Summary
WBD is excited to announce that we’re recruiting an Associate Program Manager to join our global Commerce Operations team. The ideal candidate should be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
As an Associate Program Manager on the Commerce Operations team, you will work in close collaboration with our Product and Design teams: Engineering and Client teams; Marketing and Growth teams and Legal teams to ensure the company’s global D2C commerce flow is correctly implemented. As a member of the Commerce Operations team, you are fiscally responsible to the business, yet considerate of our existing customers – ensuring they aren’t negatively affected due to a pricing or content packaging change.
The Commerce Operations team is a global team within the company’s D2C Product Operations team, responsible for ensuring that customers receive the correct pricing and content offerings on Max and discovery+.
Core Responsibilities, not limited to
Project manage the team’s workstreams in relation to initiatives like new market launches, promotional campaigns, and various commerce projects primarily in markets within the EMEA and APAC regions.Set up and support marketing, affiliate and talent related voucher campaigns.Create new price plans and manage all existing price plans in WBD’s own platform for web/direct customers.Create new price plans and SKUs and manage all existing price plans on all IAP platforms: App store connect, Google play console, Amazon developer portal, Roku, Samsung and Vizio.Manage existing and uploading new avatars on Max.Work with and support Product managers and engineers on launching new commerce operation related initiatives.Continual collaboration with stakeholders (both internal and external) to identify, manage and resolve dependencies or blockers.Create new and manage the team´s existing wiki pages documenting all the team’s various workflows.Work with and support engineering teams and customer service teams in troubleshooting customer issues related to the commerce flows.Manage VIP bulk access to the company’s D2C services for internal staff and external partners.Capabilities
Ability to quickly learn and pick up new internal and external operational tools and publishing systems.Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to self-organize, take ownership of a project/task and drive it through to completion.Able to build strong relationships with team members primarily in our EMEA and APAC-based locations but also in our other regional offices worldwide.Able to plan workloads and work towards tight deadlines.Proven ability to work well under pressure with high flexibility and a positive approach.Strong customer service ethos, committed to quality, with the will and enthusiasm to drive improvements.Ability to identify and manage risk throughout a project/initiative–escalating and resolving issues as they happen.How We Get Things Done…
