**Associate Project Manager, eCOA** **Location: Spain, Italy, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, home-based** **Job Overview** Maintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance). **Essential Functions** + Act as the main point of contact for the clients for all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance + Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis + Participates and travel to Investigator Meetings when appliable (10% travel) + Leads system change efforts when applicable, including leading design calls and impact review. Communicates costs and timelines as appropriate. + Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external clients and collaborate with key stake holders to determine solutions/next steps + Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials and change order as needed + Tracks trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project support + Supports quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line manager and/or implementation PM + Manage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriate **Qualifications** + Minimum of 1 years eCOA experience + Good understanding of clinical research + Proficient use of MS office, excel PPT + Excellent collaboration skills + Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations + Excellent Project Management skills IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
