Associate Project Manager, eCOA

Job Overview
Maintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
Essential Functions
Act as the main point of contact for the clients for all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basisParticipates and travel to Investigator Meetings when appliable (10% travel)Leads system change efforts when applicable, including leading design calls and impact review. Communicates costs and timelines as appropriate.Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external clients and collaborate with key stake holders to determine solutions/next stepsResponsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials and change order as neededTracks trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project supportSupports quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line manager and/or implementation PMManage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriateQualifications
