Join UL Solutions as Associate Project Manager, supporting Independent Engineering (IE) and Technical Advisory (TA) services for onshore wind project financing, sales, and acquisitions. Be at the forefront of wind energy advancements while collaborating with top-tier clients and a multi-disciplinary team.
The role can be hybrid or remote in the United States.
+ May be responsible for managing small projects and tasks. Provide support to team members and assist on larger initiatives.
+ Adhere to project and program governance (controls). Identify tasks and helps plan the overall project and monitor the progress and performs daily project management duties throughout the project's life cycle.
+ Assist in the projects budget and financial performance and escalate accordingly.
+ Manage the project risks and issues and take corrective measurements and escalate accordingly.
+ Help to manage stakeholders' communication.
SKILLS.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience with facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presenting.
+ Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
+ Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
+ Understand current and future business goals.
+ Basic understanding of project management concepts.
EXPERIENCE.
+ Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.).
EDUCATION.
+ Generally, 1 year or more of related experience.
+ 2-Year associates degree in general studies or relevant field of study.
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $58,000 to $77,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
