We are seeking an Associate Project Manager (APM) to join our energetic, self-motivated Retail Program Management Team, supporting the project management of high impact QSR restaurant construction remodels across North America. This role is a part of JLL’s Project and Development Service Multisite Team. 

As a Project & Development Service (PDS) Associate Project Manager at JLL,   the APM will be responsible for partnering with the Asset Management team to deliver items related to real estate rights, property management, and proactive solutions. Being forward thinking and consistently demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes is key to the impact you will have in this role. The successful candidate will possess:

Experience in Property Management and a strong understanding of real estate terms.Ability to perform real estate due diligence and compile relevant information.Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks for maximum efficiency.Skilled at managing priorities, addressing unexpected/urgent requests, and maintaining a balanced workload.Resourceful in identifying and resolving issues, conducting research, and performing data entry.Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Research property ownership information.Conduct research and gather appropriate landlord and/or third-party contact information.Assist in compiling due diligence for real estate transactions.Manage tickets in Service Now and update as necessary, ensuring proper follow-up.Track lease renewals and prepare presentation materials.Manage Department of Transportation (DOT) signage for new and existing restaurants, including tracking applications and submitting renewal invoices.Compile necessary due diligence for DOT Right of Way (ROW) takingsSite plansAerialsUpdating timelines and datesAssist with DOT SignageInvoicesProactive application for new restaurant signsRenewal of existing restaurant signsPrepare slide decks for Asset Management deal approvalsLandlord/Third Party fact finding/due diligence

Areas of Expertise:

Strong knowledge of MS Office, integrated workspace management systems, and various project management software.Ability to engage diverse working groups, inspire ideas, and drive work product.Familiarity with Smartsheet, PinPoint, and CoStar.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful implementation of retail construction and remodeling projects. Your proactive and organized approach, combined with your strong attention to detail, will contribute to efficient processes and the overall success of the team.
