Responsibilities:
Project Management & Planning Support
Manage small initiatives independently or assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing phases of larger projectsTrack project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure that milestones are achieved on schedule, contributing to the successful completion of each projectAssist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with overall business goalsSupport the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and key milestonesIdentify project dependencies and constraints with the guidance of senior project managersProject Execution & Coordination
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep tasks aligned with project objectivesTrack progress on tasks, monitor key milestones, and ensure deliverables stay on schedulePromote team collaboration and effective communication, helping to resolve minor conflicts and ensure smooth project executionStakeholder Communication
Assist in maintaining clear and transparent communication with stakeholdersHelp manage expectations, address basic concerns, and provide regular updates on project statusEngage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to gather feedback and support alignmentRisk & Issue Management
Identify and report potential project risks, working with senior team members to develop mitigation strategiesTrack issues and assist in implementing corrective actions to keep projects on courseEscalate complex issues and risks to senior project managers as neededBudget & Resource Management Support
Support the tracking of project budgets and monitor expenses to maintain alignment with financial plansAssist in resource management by balancing team workloads and adjusting resource needs as necessaryCollaborate with the project team to maximize productivity and control costsQuality Assurance
Help establish quality standards for deliverables, ensuring they meet organizational expectationsSupport testing, validation, and review processes to maintain high-quality standards throughout the projectCollaborate with senior project managers to implement corrective actions and support continuous improvementPerformance Tracking & Reporting
Track project performance using key metrics and assist in compiling data for performance reportsPrepare and deliver project updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvementParticipate in post-project evaluations to gather insights for future projectsTeam Development & Collaboration

Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, meeting notes, and final deliverablesAssist in capturing lessons learned and contribute to the organization’s project management knowledge baseDocument best practices and contribute to PMO standardsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or related roleUnderstanding of business analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow documentationFamiliarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration toolsPreferred Qualifications:
