Principal responsibilities
Planning - define, own and manage project plan and project planning change control, including running scrum planning sessions and scrum meetings .In addition you will need to engage with relevant PMO’s and provide regular status updates.Manage resource assigned to your workstream on a day to day basis.Requirements - Responsible for the obtaining signed off requirements, and establish acceptance criteria for assessing if requirements have been met.Manage the relationship with IT owners of upstream, downstream systems and reference data, and work in partnership to ensure delivery from systems.Responsible for the Build Phase of the project - ensuring all upstream, downstream systems deliver required changes in order to meet requirements.Oversee the Test strategy and Approach - and gaining acceptance from the wider project team. Supporting, driving and managing all Testing Phases in partnership with Senior Test Manager: Unit tests, System test, SIT, UAT, OAT and Performance tests. Oversee and support DR (disaster recovery) tests.Technical Documentation - responsible for pulling together all documentation needed to support IT teams manage the system in production.Ensure SLAs are documented and agreed and in-place for upstream and downstream system owners.
