This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow their skills in project management, advocacy, and healthcare communications. The role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with internal processes, and supporting project execution within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate internal processes, including task tracking, material routing, and deadline management + Maintain organized and accurate records, including budgets, estimates, timelines, and other key documentation + Build a basic understanding of client needs, including therapeutic categories + Conduct research to support advocacy landscapes and briefing materials + Contribute to the development of internal communications such as briefs, status materials, and timelines + Support cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, including creative, editorial, and finance + Gain hands-on experience with project management fundamentals and internal process + Work closely with senior team members for mentorship and training + Develop familiarity with agency structure and workflows **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree required  + Demonstrated interest in advocacy or healthcare communications environment preferred  + Agency experience a plus  + Advocacy or non-profit experience is a plus  **Other Requirements:** + Strong writing skills for professional correspondence  + Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and think creatively   + Solutions oriented.
