Job Summary
Associate Project Manager is the link between the commercial delivery team and operations team, securing a cost-effective research delivery process and high-quality end product. Associate Project Managers are responsible for end-to-end delivery of Primary intelligence(PI) projects assisting the team in fieldwork planning, monitoring and execution (for qualitative), and in providing data delivery and quality checking support, so that the delivery team can focus on insightful outputs to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally on project execution and escalationExploring / developing the use of planning tools/platform to ensure projects are delivered on time and that the requirements are metContinuously reviewing and provide suggestions to improve internal processes using past experiences as well as learning from past / on-going projects to add value to deliveryActing as fieldwork execution advisor to other members of the PI team, the operational team and fieldwork vendors / PI local teamsCreate, manage and review quality control protocol, ensure final data outputs is of highest quality, accurate and meet IQVIA standardsWork closely with fieldwork and data provider vendors to ensure data quality meets expectation and compliant to IQVIA processes (local PI delivery team, Manila operations hub, and vendors to facilitate end-to-end project execution)Job Scope
Project Set-up Tasks
Confirming the final project scope with fieldwork vendors / local teams (i.e. sample size, quota, contact list analysis, timeline)Manage multiple projects and advising on project set-up best practices (i.e. questionnaire to include programming logics, excel file to track tracking information differences, etc)Ongoing Project Tasks
Work together with Hub, fieldwork partners / local teams to finalise the overlay linksFirst line checking of programmed survey links for delivery team’s approvalAble to lead fieldwork briefing session and able to answer to queries from different partiesFieldwork progress monitoring and ensure sample completion as per quotaAble to provide advice / solutions to Market Research / Client Servicing team if there are any difficulties / issues during fieldworkQC and interim and final data table checking, incl. hole count / raw data, etc. Able to develop sampling plan and data table specifications and check interim / final data tables with little supervisionUpdate & maintain on-going project files and documentation (i.e. research materials, timeline, kick-off deck, data table specs, final data tables)Post Project Tasks
Validate the final data tables output and quality of work from fieldwork partners / local PI teamsMinimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelors degree graduate, with at least 5 years of vendor management/project management experience in Primary Market ResearchExcel proficient and has experience in handling survey programming and data processing tools, i.e. SPSS, QualtricsGood interpersonal skills, in order to build and maintain healthy relationship with stakeholders and vendorsWorks willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish project goalsGood communication skills – both written and verbal. Able to convey message clearly to stakeholders and vendorsConversant in both English and local languages where applicableA good team player; contributing positively to team operations and working relationshipsOwn initiative with minimal supervision, but able to recognize when decisions have to be escalatedAbility to work towards deadlines and under pressure, as well as constant prioritization of workEffective time management skills; ability to multi-task is vitalWe know that meaningful results require not only the right approach but also the right people.
