We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager

In this role you will:

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the project i.e. taking project from Initiation till Closure Keeping track of budget and schedule throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders and mitigating thoseDefect management towards closureIdentifying crisis situations during project lifecycle and handling favourably for the projectOwn the project issues and ensure its resolution by engaging appropriate teamsParticipating in review over key project documents like Initial Request, Clear-choices, Solution Proposal, Test Strategy, Implementation plan etc.To receive and ability to challenge estimates from all IT stakeholders and coming up with project plan for project deliveryDrive the estimations for project implementation and plan/manage resources effectivelyIdentify and engage all necessary stakeholders for the projectOwning and preparing key project documents like TOR / Project Charter, Project plan, Test Strategy, Implementation Plan and Post Implementation Report (PIR) etc.Timely project status/performance reporting and escalations, as requiredIdentify and manage all changes over projects as per agreed change control processEnsure compliance to HSBC process, procedures and controlsPlay key role in project and resource prioritization along with IT and Business stakeholders.Ability to handle non-functional requirements towards closure
