Project Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, Leads the execution of projects and ensures that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, financial targets, schedule commitments and increased customer satisfaction.The work model for the role is: #Li - OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors Division in Vadodara.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnsures that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies.•\tMonitors and controls project progress effectively.•\tMonitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and collections.•\tIdentifies, qualifies, quantifies, manages project risks, and ensures all opportunities are identified and pursued.•\tCaptures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project.•\tDrives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.•\tEstablishes the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external stake holders to accomplish all project goals/ deliveries.•\tProactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.•\tEnsures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements.

Qualifications for the role

\tBE Electrical engineer with 5+ years of experience, preferable in electrical industry.\tDirect Customer interaction and management.\tGood verbal and written communication skills.\tExperienced in Stake Holder Management along with Scope and Change Management.\tCustomer satisfaction should be your top priority.
