**Associate/ Project Manager, Customer Experience & Events (Stryker Springhill)**

You’ll play a key part in tracking and reporting real-time project metrics, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are data-driven and impactful. You'll also take the lead in organizing and managing key events tied to Stryker Springhill activity, bringing energy, coordination, and precision to every touchpoint
**Key areas of responsibility**
+ Develops, designs and establishes reporting standards. Prepare a variety of reports covering project portfolio status, resource planning and other management reports.
+ Provide summary reports and metrics to monitor the performance and efficiency of R&D/NPD programs to ensure that overall portfolio execution is on target.
+ Measure project portfolio performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques in order to monitor progress, identify and quantify any variances and communicate to the R&D leadership team.
+ Will contribute to building, maintaining and enhancing R&D systems, support tools and resources including the implementation of divisional and corporate web based online and automated R&D portfolio, project and resource management systems.
+ Provide support to BU, Functional and Project leaders in developing and planning project schedules. Assist in the initiation, conducting and coordinating of studies and analysis on resource allocation.
+ Improve predictability and timeliness of all projects
+ Ensure monthly Resource meeting takes place, and data is accurate
+ Provide real value to functional, portfolio and project leads through accurate real-time project metrics and reports
+ Facilitate a productive and valuable monthly resource review for BU, Functional and Project leaders
**Administrative and event planning duties and responsibilities:**
+ Provide administration support to Leadership Team members when required
+ Will facilitate meeting agendas and prepares meeting minutes.
+ Will create process letters, monthly highlights, progress reports, and other materials (e.g. charts, graphs, etc.)
+ Will create and compile business reviews and other presentations on assigned topics or special projects as needed.
+ Inspire a purpose driven organisation by communicating information to all employees that is relevant, timely, exciting, fun and inspirational
+ Office management – Will coordinate meeting planning, travel planning, event planning, and calendar management.
+ Will assist or plan, coordinate and manage non- routine projects and events (training workshops, customer visits etc).
+ Organize / plan / coordinate offsite and onsite events and other events associated with the team.
+ Timely meeting agendas, travel and logistics.
+ Calendar Management, no double bookings/ managing capacity
**What you will need:**
+ 3rd Level qualification in continuous improvement, marketing, business studies, computer science or equivalent.
+ 2+ years administrative and business/project support experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
+ Strong experience in project, event planning and coordinating a variety of events, meetings, etc. Must be able to plan, organize, and implement multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
+ Certified training in project management is preferable.
+ Excellent interpersonal organization and communications skills. Ability to prioritize work and keep accurate, detailed, and confidential records.
+ Ability to quickly learn new desktop and web-based office software applications
+ Must be proficient in technical writing and able to generate and explain detailed proposals, guidelines and procedures.
+ Must be able to create and effectively communicate detailed R&D, marketing / business plans / proposals
+ Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and the ability to quickly learn new desktop and web-based office software applications
+ Must be able to understand and work within complex divisional procedures and executive schedules
+ Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple complex tasks using independent judgement in a fast-paced environment.
