Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions​. SBO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations​ in Sanofi, globally.

Main responsibilities:

The Associate Project Manager will support for the below:

Support the process for Medical Contributions management activities which includes

• Independent Medical Education (IME)

• Research grants

• Scholarship/Fellowships

First point of contact for external request for medical contribution

Is responsible to acknowledge receipt of same to the external requesting organization

Review the requests and triage the requests as per the established process

Send the request to concerned team/correct business owner to further process and coordinate for any required information

Development of supplemental forms either in excel or Smartsheet, to support the needs of each affiliate to collect more information about the request than is gathered from the universal application in the portal

Update iEnvision and relevant trackers/SmartSheet/SharePoint

Archive all the documentation related to the request in iEnvision

People: (1) Primary point of contact for requestor for fellowships and research grants; (2) Align with internal stakeholders to follow the Medical Contributions process as per SOP and guidelines.

Performance: (1) Maintain project database and conduct routine critical analyses of project objectives and deliverables to proactively identify and communicate potential risks and possible efficiencies to the stakeholders and ensuring compliance; (2) Track relevant project key performance indicators (KPIs); (3) Ensure operational excellence and compliance readiness.

Process: (1) Review Medical Education, Sponsorship and Donations grant requests and evaluate according to guidelines and SOPs; (2) First point of contact for external request for medical contribution and responsible to acknowledge receipt of same to the external requesting organization (3) Support the triage of applications to the correct business owner across the globe which are come through the portal of medical contribution tool; (4) The routing rules for this should be up to date by the person in charge of this activity; (5) Support for the development of supplemental forms either in excel or Smartsheet, to support the needs of each affiliate to collect more information about the request than is gathered from the universal application in the portal; (6) Monitor appropriate overall metrics and effectiveness measures and communicate results to internal stakeholders; (7) Regularly update iEnvision on the status of all projects as assigned including relevant trackers/SmartSheet/SharePoint; (8) Demonstrate functional knowledge of medical education of applicable guidelines including Industry code of conduct of the country, Applicable accrediting standards, etc

Stakeholders: (1) Work closely with stakeholders from GBUs, Sanofi Business Operations & leadership team

About you

Experience: 6 + years' experience in grants administrative or similar roleSoft skills: Must possess sound interpersonal and information gathering skills, being able to relate well to others at all levels throughout the organization and can work in a team environment, effectively interacting with othersTechnical skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, ExcelEducation: Degree in a scientific/ Pharmaceutical discipline or related degreeLanguages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
