Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Logrhythm SIEM AlertLogic SIEM Arcsight and Splunk. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment to ensure the security of our systems and data.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze security events using Logrhythm SIEM AlertLogic SIEM Arcsight and Splunk to identify potential threats.Investigate and respond to security incidents ensuring timely resolution and documentation.Develop and implement security measures to protect the organizations data and systems.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are followed.Provide guidance and support to team members on security-related issues.Stay updated with the latest security trends threats and technologies to enhance the organizations security posture.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for security policies procedures and incidents.Perform root cause analysis of security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.Assist in the development and implementation of security awareness training programs.Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.Participate in security projects and initiatives to improve overall security infrastructure.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on security status and incidents.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Logrhythm SIEM AlertLogic SIEM Arcsight and Splunk.Have a solid understanding of security principles protocols and technologies.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
