Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Desktop Management SCCM Device Management Intune and SCCM administration. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage and oversee technical projects ensuring seamless device management and system administration. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT infrastructure and supporting our companys technological growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the design implementation and management of SCCM and Intune solutions to ensure efficient desktop and device management.Oversee the administration of SCCM including software distribution patch management and system updates.Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop management and device management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in device management.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the integrity and security of the IT infrastructure.Train and mentor junior team members on SCCM and Intune best practices and procedures.Coordinate with vendors and external partners to support and enhance IT services.Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in desktop and device management technologies.Qualifications
Possess a strong background in SCCM administration with hands-on experience in software distribution and patch management.Demonstrate expertise in Device Management Intune including configuration and policy management.Have a solid understanding of IT security standards and best practices.Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Display strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent.The Cognizant community:
