Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manual Data Testing Web App Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. The role requires domain experience in Cards and Payments Asset and Wealth Management. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive manual data testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Perform thorough testing of web applications to identify and resolve defects.Utilize test metrics and reporting to track and communicate testing progress and outcomes.Leverage SNOW for efficient incident and problem management during the testing process.Employ various testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Execute end-to-end business process automation (E2E BPA) testing to validate system workflows.Use Rally for agile project management and tracking of testing activities.Utilize HP ALM for test management and defect tracking.Manage and track issues using Jira to ensure timely resolution.Apply basic programming skills to create and execute test scripts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality.Provide detailed and accurate test documentation and reports.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in manual data testing and web application testing.Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting tools.Have experience with SNOW for incident and problem management.Be skilled in using various testing tools and frameworks.Show capability in executing manual E2E BPA testing.Be proficient in using Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management.Have basic programming skills for creating and executing test scripts.Possess domain experience in Cards and Payments Asset and Wealth Management.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.Show adaptability to a hybrid work model and day shifts.Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in testing.The Cognizant community:
