Demand on our services has created an opportunity for a front end/Projects & Construction Associate to join the Melbourne team working with Partners Luke van Grieken and Stephen Natoli. Working across a range of large domestic and international projects this is a unique opportunity to pursue an area of law that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;

Responsibilities

• Assist clients on a range of front end matters and large scale projects with a strong focus on energy transition
• Advise on and draft a range of project documentation including project development and construction delivery documents
• Manage work streams on large domestic and international projects
• Liaise with clients and assist in negotiations
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a front-end construction or projects practice
• Experience assisting on a range of energy/construction/projects matters
• Strong client liaison skills
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
