An associate broker in Private Equity & Transactional Solutions (“PE&TS”) property team manages the day-to-day servicing of accounts working in conjunction with senior brokers; develops business relationships with producers and internal resources; helps the senior broker negotiate with underwriters regarding coverage terms, conditions and pricing on new and renewal accounts; reviews quotes, binders and policies; supports new business opportunities; and verifies accuracy of insurance documentation.

The Role
Support a book of business by performing day to day client service tasks Analyze renewal data Support, present and run property analytic tools Assist in creation of property submissions including loss summaries and draft quote comparisons Develop relationships with Producers, Client Advocates and Client Relationship Directors Be proficient in Willis Towers Watson compliance and best practices Regularly utilize Willis Towers Watson tools and resources Create, update and maintain marketing lists for each submission Follows up with insurance carriers and underwriters regarding the status of quotes and provides any additional information Follows up with insurance carriers for invoices, policies, endorsements, and reinsurance certificates Maintains business relationships with producers and underwriters Maintains knowledge of insurance carriers and their business appetitesThe Requirements

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000-$100,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
