Job SummaryAs a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products that support the development of switching power supplies. This position requires technical knowledge of software testing and a collaborative approach to work closely with development and engineering team. Responsibilities + Develop and implement detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases. + Review and validate software requirements and technical specifications. + Test software to ensure developed products meet the requirement specifications using manual and automated testing where applicable. + Identify, record, thoroughly document and track issues using Testrail or any other defect management tool. + Recommend software improvements to enhance user experience. Requirements + BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or relevant course + 2 years of commercial QA Engineer experience, preferably in complex software projects + Ability to multi-task and actively participate in project planning and requirements gathering + Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle + Good Knowledge in functional and non-functional testing + Proficient in using Jira and Confluence + Exceptional attention to detail + Team-player and willingness to learn + Knowledge in automation is a plus but not required + Knowledge in C++ is a plus but not required
